- Rinse after consuming color imparting foods like tea & coffee
- Practice a healthy diet to ensure a proper oral structure.
- Drink milk, water and natural juices as substitutes to soda
- Use fluoride toothpaste
- Avoid sticky and sugary foods but if consumed, brush your teeth immediately
- Visit your dentist on regular basis, atleast twice a year
- Try to avoid soda & cola drinks
- Say no to smoking and chewing tobacco as these cause stained teeth and oral CANCER
- Don't eat all the times.
Leave at least 2-3 hours between meals or snacks. This allows the acid level in

and repair tooth enamel
- Brush atleast two times daily to keep your teeth healthy.
- Brush teeth for a minimum of 3 minutes to make sure plaque and other bacteria are
